I received my EarFun Air Pro 3 earbuds via Amazon on April 3. Initially, they paired easily with my Google Pixel 7 Pro and worked well with the phone, audiobook app, and podcast app. Over the past several days, however, although I still could hear audiobooks and podcasts, I couldn't hear telephone calls.

Today, I removed (forgot) the earbuds from my phone, intending to add them back to see if that solved my problem. But I can't add them back. Instead, I get the following error message: Couldn't pair with EarFun Air Pro 3 because of an incorrect PIN or passkey.

I'm well within the Amazon return window. But if there's a reasonably straightforward solution, I"m happy to try it first.

Thank you.

Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

1. Please use the charging cable to charge the case and the earbuds for 2 hours.

2. Reboot your phone and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 8s until both earbuds flash in purple, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4: Search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 3".

3. We also suggest you try to connect the earbuds to other models of devices to test whether it is still the same situation.

If the above methods still could not solve your issues, please email our customer service team via service@myearfun.com or submit the warranty ticket on our official website: https://www.myearfun.com/process-warranty. EarFun provides an 18-month warranty for every product. Your satisfaction is always greatly important to us.

Hi ,

My Earfun airpro 3 ear buds were working and out of no where they stopped connecting to any device.

I have tried the above steps and used multiple devices to connect but they are not getting detected on any device.

Please let me know how this can be resolved.

Thank you.
