Hello, like many others, I unfortunately also have a permanent cracking noise in the left earphone of my new earfun air pro 4. Is this just a problem with a few or a problem with the whole series? Should I therefore return my headphones?

I'm having the same problem with Pro 4. I saw many good YT reviews of it. now I am confused, did they test it for real?

I have the same issue but in my right earphone, purchased the Pro 4 few days ago. It seems for me the problm is related to noice canceling. If I switch to Noice Canceling the cracling sound is very loud and almost constant. In Ambient mode there is still crackilng sounds. Only in Normal mode the cracling sounds are almost gone. So this is oviously an issue, hopefuly a software one. It's annoying though, because most of the time I don't like using the noice canceling mode.
