EarFun Air Pro SV won't stop turning off after 30 min running

Hey everyone, 

I use my Air Pro SV mainly for running and working out, and this week, out of nowhere, after about 20 min running it started to turn off and if I connect them to my Garmin watch again, the start turning off again and again in an eternal loop, tested it again today at my run and the same thing happened.

The turning off had happened before randomly, when using it connected to my iphone or kindle fire, but after reconnecting it worked fine, not going into this loop.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

 

1. Please use the charging cable to charge the earbuds and the case for 2 hours.

 

2. Reboot your devices and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

 

Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device. 

Step 2. Keep the earbuds out of the charging case, touch and hold the earbuds button for at least 8 seconds to power off both earbuds and make sure both earbuds are powered off.

Step 3. In power-off mode, touch and hold the button on each earbud at the same time for at least 10 seconds until they flash alternately in blue and white, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4. Search and reconnect "EarFun Air Pro SV".

 

3. We also suggest you try to connect the earbuds to other models of devices and try the earbuds somewhere the network is better to test whether it is still the same situation. Also, try the earbuds on different occasions to see if it persists because the outer interference is uncontrollable.

Thank you for your response, I tried everything, but it still turns off eveytime after about 20-30 min of working out. It doesn't happen when I use it for other activities, like work  or commuting. I think it's a safety feature, to prevent overheating. Could this be the reason it turns off?

If it's a safety feature a new pair won't help at all.

Hello,

I have exectly the same problem with my Earfun  Air  S  earbuds.  Everything is ok when I use the at home or when  commuting, but when I run they turn off after 15 minutes.
