EarFun Air S doesn't always connect to all devices

I often have to manually connect to some of my devices even though they are paired. Often times when it's multiple devices it doesn't even connect to a previously paired one when I do it manually. The multipoint here is useless as I could just use non multipoint headphones and connect manually usually.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

 

1. Please use the charging cable to charge the case and the earbuds for 2 hours.

 

2. Reboot your devices and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

 

Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2. Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3. Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 8 seconds until the LED indicator on both earbuds flash in purple.

Step 4. Search and reconnect “EarFun Air S".
