Earfun App Won’t Add My Buds

I found an old article and I did everything.  Forgot the device.  Re-added.  Logged out and back in.  Deleted the app and reinstalled.  

they work with the phone but I need the app for adjustments and it only shows Ear Fun xxx in my devices and that's in there as soon as I install the app.  No ear buds connected at all and I can't delete whatever that ear fun xxx is but it won't add my actual, connected, Ear Fun Pro 3.  

need some help please
