Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

 1. We kindly suggest you reinstall the latest app, reboot your phone and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 8s until both earbuds flash in purple, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4: Search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 3".

2. Make sure the connection is successful and then open the app to connect the earbuds. Sometimes it may take a few seconds. Please refresh the page or click to add the earbuds.

If the above method still could not solve your issues, please turn off the Bluetooth on your phone, wait for a while and then turn it on to connect the earbuds to try again.

Hope the above suggestions work.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team

I just woke up to the same problem today. I have 2 pair of the air pro and neither of them will register to the app. This is extraordinarily unacceptable, I use them everyday and have never had a problem. I'm not a noob in wireless ear buds, I uninstalled the app reinstalled nothing is working. Hopefully someone answers with some type of troubleshooting solution. Good to know it's not just me, I've got them connected to 2 different devices and neither is working on the app.

That's a pain in the ass to have to do all that to get them to work on the app again. I've done all that already on my own before I came here for help troubleshooting, and still isn't working. Have had 2 pair of the Air pro 3 going on 6 months and haven't ever experienced this issue. I know what I'm doing with app interfaces, as I have multiple high end wireless ear buds with app support for every one of them, and never ever had this problem with any of them but earfun. Extremely disappointed as these are my favorite out of 10 different wireless earbuds I own . 😡
