Earfun Uboom 24W 2022 battery issue

Hi,

my Uboom version 2 from 2022 no longer holds a charge. I can't work out how to safely open the speaker to replace the battery. Removing the silicon disc on the base shows no access port and removing either top or bottom of the device is hampered by the side lugs that extend around the edge of the top and bottom of the device. Can you provide this information as I will be absolutely sick to have to throw away a perfectly good speaker after two years simply because the battery is not accessible.
