I have wierd problem with my  Earfun UBOOM speaker.  After playing 2 songs it lowers the volme by itself to zero.  When i try to increase the volume on my phone it goes up for a while and then its lowering by itself to zero. Can you help my solve the problem? Any ideas?

What i  have tried already:

- disconnecting/connecting again

- firmware update

- aux cable

Nothing solve the problem

Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We kindly suggest you reset and reconnect the speaker to try.

a. Unpair the speakers from your Bluetooth-enabled device and delete the old connection on your device.

b. You can press and hold “Volume +” and “Volume –” buttons simultaneously for 5s at least until the power-on button flashes in light pink or purple and the indicating sound comes up.

*If the speaker becomes out of control and can’t power off, you can press and hold power button for 8s at least to reboot.

If the above methods still could not solve your issues, could you please send us a video to show the issue you encountered so we can give feedback to our product team and better assist you? Please kindly email our customer service team via service@myearfun.com. EarFun provides 18-month warranty for every product. Your satisfaction is always greatly important to us.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team

I'm having the same problem with the volume lowering to zero.  I have tried all steps that have been addressed.  Please help!  So frustrating.
