Firmware 0.48: other side can't hear me on phone and virtual meetings

I've upgraded to firmware 0.48, and since then I'm having problems with calls on my phone and on virtual meetings on my computer (meet, zoom, teams, etc). I can hear the other, but the other can't hear me. Sometimes this starts immediately, sometimes after 10 seconds. This is - to put it mildly - very frustrating. With firmware 0.47, all was well. I've already done a factory reset (both via the app and via the case). I hope this can be resolved soon.

Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We kindly suggest you reboot your devices and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 8s until both earbuds flash in purple, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4: Search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 3".

We also suggest you connect the earbuds to other models of devices to test whether it is still the same situation. Please also try to connect only one earbud (keep the other in the case and close the lid) to your device at a time to test the microphone of each earbud.

If the above methods still could not solve your issues, please email our customer service team via service@myearfun.com or submit the warranty ticket on our official website: https://www.myearfun.com/process-warranty. EarFun provides an 18-month warranty for every product. Your satisfaction is always greatly important to us.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team

Ha! Thanks. I did a reset as described above and also updated the firmware to 0.49, but the problem persists. I've contacted you via mail and I'll wait for the response.
