Firmware Update to 0.39 won't work

Hallo,

anscheinend haben die Entwickler kein Interesse daran, hier zu Supporten. Mich würde ebenfalls interessieren, wie man die earfün pro2 updaten kann.

Vielleicht kann irgendwer darauf antworten.

I am recieving this issue too, however with the Air Pro 3s.

I am very disappointed with the sound quality on these earpods. I am hoping that this firmware upgrade would help. I have 30 days to return these and  intend to do so if something doesn't change. I hope you are able to fix this problem quickly. The fact that my English language app is presenting chinese characters doesn't leave me with high hopes.

We have updated the app to fix this issue. Please kindly reinstall the latest app to try again. 

Notices: 

a. Keep the earbuds battery above 80%;

b. During the upgrade process, please take out the earbuds and put them next to the mobile phone. Do not use the earbuds until the upgrade is completed;

c. During the upgrade process, the earbuds will restart and the indicator light will flash.
