Having issues with connect/disconnect message nonstop in earbuds

Hi
I have the new EarFun Pro 4 earbuds and I'm not sure what I am doing wrong but I went through each step in the setup procedure very carefully.
 
My phone shows connected by bluetooth and so does the earfun app.
 
The problem is, it keeps saying connected/disconnected in the earbud over the music. I am playing music from my phone but this constant connect/disconnect message won't stop even if I do a reset on the buds.
