As the earbuds can connect with your iPad normally, it means there is no connection issue with the earbuds.
We kindly suggest you reboot your laptop and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:
Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.
Step 2. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Please confirm that the indicator light flashes in white once you put the earbuds into the charging case.
Step 3. Keep the charging case open and double press the charging case button, the pairing indicator will flash white rapidly, just waiting for the flash white transfer to flash white and green alternately, then earbuds have been reset successfully.
Step 4. Search and connect “EarFun Air Pro".

Please make sure the earbuds do not connect with other devices when you want to connect them to your laptop.
