In-Ear Detection problem

Hi, with my Air Pro earbuds, while the right earphone works perfectly, if I use the left earphone, the music/video keeps pausing constantly, as if I am repeatedly taking the earphone out.

Is there any way to disable In-Ear detection?

Thanks

Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We are afraid that the in-ear detection function cannot be disabled. We kindly suggest you try switching other ear tips we offer to you and then wiggle tightly the earbuds to the best place to wear to have a try. You can also use some small stickers to block the light sensor area on the earbuds to try.

Hope the above suggestions work.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team

Hi, tried both of these suggestions but neither had any effect. Have only had these 5 months and the earbuds is completely unusable as a result of this issue .

Please let me know what else can be done thanks

Hi friend,

We are sorry for that.

Will the  music/video  automatically  start playing after pausing? Did you wear only the left earbud when this issue occured?

We kindly suggest you reboot your device and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

Step 1. Place both earbuds into the charging case. Please confirm that the indicator light flashes in white once you put the earbuds into the charging case.

Step 2. Keep the charging case open and double press the charging case button, the pairing indicator will flash white rapidly, just waiting for the flash white transfer to flash white and green alternately, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 3. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro".

Below is the video link showing the complete steps of resetting and reconnecting for your ref.

We also suggest you try to connect the earbuds to other models of devices to test whether it is still the same situation.

If the above methods still could not solve your issues, please email to our customer service team via service@myearfun.com or submit the warranty ticket on our official website: https://www.myearfun.com/process-warranty . EarFun provides 18-month warranty for every product. Your satisfaction is always greatly important to us.

Sincerely,
