Hi,
Recently bought the Air Pro 3 and was quite happy. After a week or so, when activating the ANC a loud hissing noise appears in the left earbud. This makes using the ANC impossible.
Tried to reset - press 10 seconds when the earbuds are in the case, purple led etc. - with no change.
Am I missing any setting? Or is this a malfunction?
