On three or four differnet occasions, I have expererience a loud (painful) screeching sound after picking up an earbud and insterting it into my ear. This is a hearing damage level of noise. It stops emediatly after removing it from my ear and normal function returns after that point.

I have sent an email with the order number.
I have been experiencing this very painful sound quite frequently..and lately it would be so loud and then stop, then it would be the same sound in the ambient background while on a call or listening to music.
Not sure what is causing this or how we can disable this function
