Almost one year ago I bought a pair of earfun free 1S and recently the case stoped charging. The lights on the case just flash and does not charge.
I've been trying to contact your support but says that the order number I have is not valid (#12911).
I would like if possible to know about the warranty for this situation.
I have the order confirmations still. Was purchased on the Earfun official we store.
