My earbud case is charging but the earbuds itself is not charging. I cleaned the case and the earbuds and still nothing. What should I do?

Have you cleaned with an alcohol cotton swab? If not, please clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with an alcohol cotton swab (especially the groove of the earbud contacts) and then charge the earbuds for two hours to try.
