The left earbud does not work on my Earfun pros. It does not have a light, does not produce sound, won't switch from noise canceling to another setting, does not charge / doesn't respond to charging and does not respond to a full reset. The other earbud will not connect to anything and is only flashing blue, even when in its case. They aren't damaged (I didn't drop them or anything before they stopped working). I tried cleaning them, resetting them, charging them for 3+ hours and deleting them as a bluetooth device from my phone. What should I do to fix this?
