one earbud does not charge

Dear Sir,

I bought recently a set of earbud air Pro 3, and the left one does not work antmore. I can hear only from the right earbud, and the left one, when i put it in the case, there is not led that lights.

I tried to reset them, but to no avail.

Any suggestion?
