Right earbud charging issue (I think)

Hi!

i got my earfun air pro 3 a few months ago only, and it worked great until now, I loved them. But, when I woke up and put them in my ear one morning, I found that the right earbud wasn't working. There was no sound from it, so I put it back in the case, but it doesn't seem to connect to the case. I've tried cleaning it, I've tried charging it more, nothing seems to work. The only sign of life it gives is saying "power on" when put into the case, and nothing else. I can't even do a reset on it because I need it to connect to the case in order to do that. Any ideas on what I can do?
