Yet another Earfun Air Pro 4 issue

Just purchased a pair of these buds.

Charged the case and the buds and then setup the app on my phone. Ran the update that was available and then paired with my phone.

Left bud kept disconnecting after a few minutes.  I have run multiple resets on the buds and left will either remain dead or run for a while and then disconnect/die.

Last time I tried to reset, only the right bud went into the reset mode.

 

Is this a known issue on these  buds? Is it due to a software update? I will be returing these of course but if there are known issues, I certainly do not want to replace then with the same model.

Have the exact same issue. Left bud shows at 100% and after a couple of minutes it disconnects. I can power it on again but lasts like a minute and dies. Tried to fix it by unpair the buds, do a factory reset and pair them again but left bud keep dying over and over. 

Difficult to recommend the brand with these quality issues.
