I'm bought the air pro 3 on Aug 2023. Recently after update the app to the latest version. My ear buds start have problems. Unable to charge ear buds in the case even the case battery level is full. Already cleaned my case and ear buds also won't help. My ear buds always show low battery and drain out after few seconds.
Please advise how to fix it.
