Ear fun pro3 charging case

I have recently acquired a set of ear fun ear buds and the charging case will not hold a charge. It will charge as long as it is either plugged in or on the wireless charger. As soon as I remove it it no longer charges and the ear buds come to life. Can I have it repaired or replace the battery mysef?
