Air S charging case has no light

I purchased my pair of Air S from Amazon back in December and a few days ago, I noticed that the charging case  doesn't light up anymore. I can't tell if the case is holding any charge at all. I've tried holding the button inside the case and also keeping it plugged in for a while, but the light hasn't returned.

I'm currently out of the country, so I can't check the booklet to see if there are any instructions for fixing this problem.

Please help. I would like to be able to charge my earphones.

Under this circumstance for trouble-shooting, we would suggest you use our original usb-c cable and try switching different cables also even sockets to exclude the reasons of external factors. 

 

If you have a wireless charger, could you please try charging the case for 3.5 hours via it? We kindly suggest you try to adjust the place and put the case in the center of the charger.

 

If the above methods still could not solve your issues, please email our customer service team via service@myearfun.com or submit the warranty ticket on our official website: https://www.myearfun.com/process-warranty. Hi, I have only ever charged with the USB-C cable and I've tried charging it for over 24 hours each via 2 different outlets. Still no light.
