Ambient mode works on left earpiece only

Hi,

I recently bought a Free Pro 2  and I always use them with the ANC Mode. Somehow lately I discovered that Ambient Mode works only on my left hand side earpiece and same time I feel that the right hand side earpiece works like Normal Mode. Other mods (ANC and Normal) works fine without any issues on both earpieces.

Is this normal or my Ambient Mode on Free Pro 2 bugged or defective?

I tried to diagnose the issue by resetting Free Pro 2 several times but ended up without luck.

Any suggestions are welcome. And I wanted you to know who may concern that you guys at Earfun doing great job on delivering best sound system to the world.

May I ask if you are using the right one by itself then taking out the left earbud? Is that when ambient mode turns on?

Hi ,

 

It varies. Most of the time I pick the right one first then left. The default mode is ANC, and there's no issues with that. But when I try Ambient Mode, as I mentioned above, it works only with the left hand side earpiece.
