It is normal for the charging case to flash green light when charging.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

1. Forcefully clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with an alcoholic cotton swab to avoid dust or wax stains; 

2. Rub them with clean napkins and press the earbuds with force to eliminate loose contact with the case.

3. Use the charging cable to charge the case and earbuds for 2 hours.

4. Reboot your phone and reset the earbuds.

Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2. Take both earbuds out of case, press and hold the tap control area on both earbuds for at least 8 seconds.

Step 3. Search and reconnect “EarFun Air Mini 2".
