When I pair it with my iPhone 13 Pro max only one earphone outputs audio at a time. If I'm on a call, both earphones output audio, but when the call ends, it goes back to one earphone. When connected to my Windows 11 laptop I can get audio from both earphones but I really want both earphones to work with my phone. Has anyone else experienced this and solved the issue?

Hi friend,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We kindly suggest you reboot your phone and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps to try:

Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 8s until both earbuds flash in purple, then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4: Search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 3".

Hope it helps.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team

my left earpod doesn't flash any colored light in the charging case.  I've tried rebooting it via the 8s charging case button but to no avail.  So I can only pair the right earpod....

Same problem with the same left earpod. I've done the reset botton, both earbuds flash in purple, but still without any sound from the left earpod.

By the way the Mic seams to work fine for both earpods
