EarFun audio app is not detecting my EarFun Air Pro 2

Hello,

I am finding the exact same problem with my EarFun 2's (I have two of them) as in this EarFun pro 3 thread, is there a solution?

I have tried all the same things on an iPhone, two iPads, logged in/out of app, etc.

NOTE: I have EarFun Pro 3 buds also and they actually work fine with the app. Why don't the EarFun Pro 2 work?????

The EarFun Audio App is currently only compatible with the Wave Pro, Air Pro 4, Air Pro 3, Air Pro 2(app version), Air Pro SV, Air(app version), Air S, Air 2, Free Pro 3, Free 2S, and Free 1S. It couldn't manage the previous model due to the software or firmware differences between different earbuds.
