EarFun UBOOM not working

Hey there,

I hope you're doing well. I wanted to let you know that I received the second Uboom speaker yesterday. I've been trying to pair it with my old Uboom (which is about 2 years old) following the instructions in the manual, but without any success. I spent quite a while trying, but eventually decided to switch both speakers off and get some sleep. However, this morning I discovered that my old speaker won't turn on, and it's not even charging when I connect it to my laptop or a USB socket. Yesterday, the battery was at 90%, so I'm not sure what could have caused this issue. Could you please assist me with this problem?

UBOOMs from different batches cannot be paired, so if you have recently purchased a new UBOOM and find that it cannot be paired with the old UBOOM, this is not a speaker failure. If this happens, please send your order number to our customer service team via service@myearfun.com.
