Left Earbud Much Quieter than Right

We kindly suggest you use the tweezer to remove the filter mesh of the earbuds and then clean the earbuds to check whether the volume will resume to normal.

Thank you for your reply.

I removed the filter mesh using a needle and it separated into 2 pieces - an inner and outer mesh.

The inner mesh was coated in black grease - maybe to keep the mesh in place?

Once I cleaned both pieces of mesh the volume retuned to normal.
