As the other functions can work well, we are afraid that there is no quality issue with the earbuds. If there is an issue with the tap control, all the control functions can't work.
We kindly suggest you clean the tap area first and then tap the center point of the button to control. Sometimes, you may also need to control the rhythm and frequency of tapping and try several times more to be familiar with the operation and then you will touch the correct area and control the earbuds. You can also hold the left earbud in your left hand, tap the touch area with the index finger of your right hand to see if it works normally.
Kindly note that you just need to touch the left earbud and hold it for 2 seconds to change modes (No need to tap it first). Please kindly have a try.
