Hello,
Two days ago, I started experiencing an issue with my wireless earbuds. The issue seems to be the same described here. After removing both earbuds from the case, the left earbud turns itself off while the right earbud continues to work normally. Although I can temporarily turn left earbud back on by holding it for a couple of seconds, it automatically shuts off again within 5 seconds. I have already tried cleaning and resetting the earbuds, but the issue persists. Is this likely a software problem that could be fixed with future updates, or is it a hardware problem?
