Right earbud doesn't charge

Hello,

I am a happy user of the EarFun Free Pro 2 earbuds. However, I recently faced an issue where only the left earbud charges properly. I put both earbuds in the case to charge overnight, but when I checked in the morning, the right earbud had not charged.

I have already cleaned all the charging contacts to ensure there is no dirt or blockage. Despite this, the right earbud still won’t charge. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
