Air pro 3 cutting off repeatedly

Greetings

I bought my Earfun air pro 3 one month ago, and its all good,  BUT, when connected to the laptop (sometimes) after 10-20 mins of use, it starts cutting off with some noise like crackling while the sound is still on

this situation continues until I turn it off and  connect it again.

My laptop is Acer Predator Helios 300, Windows 11. 

I tried to reset the earpods  and reset the connection to the laptop, but to no avail.

please help!!
