APTX LL not working Windows 11

Hello

I have the Air Pro 3 connected to a Creative BT-W3 transmitter on Windows 11. The BT-W3 has an LED on it to show which aptx codec it is using and you can press the button on it to switch codec. For some reason when using the Air Pro 3, only SBC and APTX are available, no APTX HD or LL. I can connect a set of Avantree headphones and I can use LL. Anybody else have an issue with LL codec not being available on Windows 11?
