I have bought 5 Earfun Air Pro 3's and given away 3 as gifts.
That's how much I like them.
One of the 2 I have started malfunctioning.
The case does not light up at all, even when I plug it in. Yes I tried different charging cables and different USB adapters.
So of course it does not charge the ear buds.
The other case does charge both pairs of ear buds.
Can I get a replacement case?
