Connecting and disconnecting at random intervals

Hi guys, 

I've had my EarFun airpro 3s for about a month now and 2 weeks ago they started having a bit of a problem. Every 5 minutes or so (approximately ~1.5 songs) they will "stutter", where one headphone plays the song for about 0.5seconds then switches to the next for about the same time and this repeats for about 10-15seconds and then goes back to normal for about 5 minutes then repeats itself.

This isn't a huge issue, but it's quite annoying especially when watching videos/movies or listening to podcasts as it just sounds scrambled and I have to go back the 10 seconds or so to understand what was said.

I have already tried resetting the headphones and no luck, so any help would be much appreciated!!
