Bought it in 2023 it was fantastic before now it has some issues like when its connected to a phone i got a call normal or VoIP soon after disconnecting the call i won't be able to hear any sound when i play youtube videos and any social media videos its strange that call i can hear the sound and talk normally and this issue is very annoying to me thinking of changing to samsung buds . No matter how many times i reset the bud or disconnect or connect it back it sometimes it resolve the issue most of the time it won't. It's a glicth or something else i don't know but its annoying and frustating at the same time.
