Bought Air Pro 3 from Amazon on the 23rd of January, they can no longer be found on any device under Bluetooth. charged the case for around 3 hours, on the left headphones no light appears, only the right. I've pressed the case button for 8 seconds until a purple light appeared, deleted the device in Bluetooth and still doesn't find it. I haven't dropped the case or headphones.
