The left earbud on the Earfun Air Pro 3's are extremely quiet.  I've tried unpairing and repairing, using isopropyl to clean the earbud contact, fully charging, blowing into the earbud, but none of it has worked.  Any fixes or will i have to RMA?

I have the exact same problem but with the right earbud. Can see another user posted that their right earbud stopped working which could be the same issue. Can we do anything to fix this? Very annoying as I rely on these earbuds regularly. Mine are the Free Pro 3

Absolutely no idea lmao.. I use these quite regularly as well because they are small and portable, but it's very annoying when only one works. If we have two different models and a similar issue, could be a mnaufacturer problem.  Have you tried anything different to what I've tried?

Hi friends,

Thanks for choosing EarFun. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

As for the issue you encountered, we kindly suggest you try the below steps.

1 Reboot your phone and reset and reconnect the earbuds.

(For Air Pro 3)

Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 10s until both earbuds flash in purple, and then the earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4: After flashing purple, the earbuds will flash blue quickly. Do not take the earbuds at this time, wait for the earbuds to flash blue light slowly, and then search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 3".

(For Free Pro 3)

Step 1: Delete the old connection from your phone and disable the Bluetooth setting on your phone.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for over 10s until both earbuds flash in purple. Then close the lid of the case and re-open it again.

Step 4: Enable the BT setting in your phone, search, and reconnect “EarFun Free Pro 3".

2 A. We kindly suggest you wrap the earbud with your hands, then blow air into the inner filter mesh of the earbud several times to have a try. To provide better sound, the sealing of our headphones is better than that of other headphones when the volume is reduced, perhaps because of the air pressure. When you take it off from your ear, the sound pressure deforms the sound filter mesh.

B. We would suggest you use toothpicks to gently clean out the part near the caps from dust or wax, clean with cotton swab alcohol and then rub them with clean napkins to have a try because accumulated dust or wax on the caps would block out or diminish the volume.

C. If the above suggestions don’t work, we suggest you use a small brush to scrub, rinse the earbuds, then shake water off the earbuds and dry them for 2 days to have a try.

We also suggest you try to connect the earbuds to other models of devices to test whether it is still the same situation.

If the above method still could not solve your issues, please kindly send us your order number to our customer service team via service@myearfun.com or submit the warranty ticket on our official website: https://www.myearfun.com/process-warranty.

Sincerely,

EarFun Customer Service Team
