New EarFun Air Pro 3 - Left bud not working

Hello, I received my EarFun Air Pro 3 today, and right after removing the protective films, I noticed something odd. Only one bud was blinking. I managed to pair it, but the left bud would not connect. I tried moving it, cleaning the contacts, etc. At one point, it blinked blue once and then red, and that was it. I attempted to reset it by holding the button for 10 seconds until it blinked purple, but that didn't work either. After doing this twice, restarting my phone, and forgetting the device in Bluetooth settings, now only the right bud blinks blue rapidly, but it won’t let me pair even that one now.

Another thing I noticed during these issues was that sometimes the earbuds appeared twice in my Bluetooth device list, but one entry didn’t have the option to unpair. I am using an iPhone 14.

To reiterate, it currently won't allow me to pair even the bud that blinks blue quickly. (The other one doesn’t light up at all.)

The issue is that I am no longer in England; I’m currently in Argentina, where import regulations are very complicated, and there are high taxes even for replacements.
