Phone call issue

My right earbud doesn't work on phone calls. Only the left is active. Is there a way to control this?

Do you use two earbuds at the same time? Kindly note that when you wear two earbuds, there is only the microphone of one earbud will pick up the voice mainly, the same as most other brands in the market. But when you take one earbud out and wear only the single earbud, the microphone of that earbud will also work separately. 

 

We kindly suggest you reboot your phone and then reset and reconnect the earbuds per the updated steps:

 

Step 1. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2. Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3. Keep the charging case open, then touch and hold the button on each earbud at the same time for at least 10s until they flash alternately in blue and white then earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4. Search and reconnect “EarFun Free Pro 2".

 

Please also try to connect only one earbud (keep the other in the case and close the lid) to your device at a time to test the microphone of each earbud.
