App connection with wave pro

My app shows earfun wave pro but when tap to connect it opens a page with bluetooth mobile data and siri. All are enebled but after that nothin happens. No way to proceed. If going back shows no device conneted. What to do. Thought it is connected and i can use my wave pro but can not use the app?
