I have new EFAP 4.
My first phone call was very disappointing and my caller asked me to please use some other means to talk to them because I sounded like underwater.
They also had to hear the noise around me although I had ANC at Strong setting.
I thought EarFun was top affordable earbuds, but did not know that this was the case.
Is this something that can be fixed or should I not bother with EarFun Air Pro4?

Had the same “underwater” issue with my EarFun earbuds at first. Turning ANC down a notch and making sure the firmware was updated helped a lot. Using something like activecalls for testing calls made it clear which setting actually improved the mic, so I could hear and be heard without background noise overwhelming the call.
