Left ear bud stopped working

Hello,

 

 Ibought a pair of EarFun Air Pro 3 about a year ago and havent had a problem until now. I have been quite happy with them but suddenly the left ear bud won't connect to the case and there are no light indicating connection. The contact points are clean and shiny and the right one works fine, I have also tried factory reset but not working. Please could you give me some advice. Thanks

Thanks for choosing EarFun.

 

1. Forcefully clean the contacts of the earbuds and the charging case with an alcoholic cotton swab/alcohol-dipped cleaning stick.

2. Rub them with clean napkins and press the earbuds with force to eliminate loose contact with the case.

3. Use the charging cable to charge the case and earbuds for 2 hours.

4. Reset the earbuds.

 

Step 1: Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device.

Step 2: Place both earbuds into the charging case.

Step 3: Keep the charging case open, then press and hold the charging case button for at least 10s until both earbuds flash in purple, and then the earbuds have been reset successfully.

Step 4: After flashing purple, the earbuds will flash blue quickly. Do not take the earbuds at this time, wait for the earbuds to flash blue light slowly, and then search and reconnect “EarFun Air Pro 3".
